i knew about celery and cucumber and stuff… but i just went to a couple of websites and they had pretty big lists saying that apples, grapefruits, asparagus, and a number of other fruits and vegetables were too. is this true? could you give me a list of negative calorie foods? thanks so much!
i havent changed my mind… i really want to recover. im going to tell someone around the end of january… before my birthday on valentines day, but i would still like to eat negative calorie foods because it’s a good snack to have when you’re hungry, but it’s between meals.
I read somewhere that oatmeal and lowfat milk are both on the negative calorie list. Does this mean that if i use lowfat milk to make my oatmeal and sweeten it with splenda and don;t use butter, that i’m actually getting a less than zero calorie breakfast??
Ok, you can make negative calorie soup by making homemade vegetable soup using vegetables that take more calories to digest than are actually in them. For example, the soup from “The Cabbage Soup Diet”, or the soup from the “Negative Calorie Diet”.
I hate veggie lumps in my soup, though. If I blend it after cooking, will it still have negative calories? Or will being blended make it easier to digest and therefore no longer negative calorie?.
I already exercise, but I really want to lose like, 10 pounds in two weeks. So if you have any easy diets that are good tell me. And like, are there any good weight loss drinks, or power bars or something? Thanks:)
I know it is not the most healthy way to lose weight whatsoever.. but I am 19, 193 pounds, and very uncomfortable with my body. I have tried diet and exercise and even cut out soda for 5 months almost completely and drank water and green tea…I’ve still only lost about 20 lbs ( used to be 210). I want to be 160 or lower before summertime, and this is the only way I could do it. Which weight loss pill system would you recommendd, and how many pounds did you lose in a 3 month period?
Many people claim that this diet really works. They say that eating certain foods such as apples, carrots, tomatoes, and celery will cause a person to lose weight because they require more calories to digest than they actually contain. Is this true or do the positive results of this diet come from its healthy, fiber-rich food options instead? To me, it seems to be a hoax because if this was true, the more of these foods vegetarians eat, the skinnier and skinnier they would get over time.
And if it is true, does that mean that you’d lose weight if you supplement what you usually eat every day with 10 apples? Or do these foods somehow factor into your daily calorie requirements?
